We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Onboarding Manager to join our company.

As an Associate Onboarding Manager at TJ BPO, you will play a pivotal role in our commitment to cultivating exceptional leaders. You will be responsible for onboarding mid-level management into our current leadership team. Your efforts will help us support and elevate our leadership standards, ensuring our teams excel in the 411 ways.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Minimum three years of Outbound, Cold Call Sales experience in a call center environment.
  2. Minimum of one year of experience in Leadership Development training for Operator leaders.
  3. Strong understanding of leadership principles and program management.
  4. Exceptional communication and people skills
  5. Organized with excellent project management abilities.
  6. Proficient in creating and managing RACI charts
  7. Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to excel.

Responsibilities

  1. Leadership Development Program (LEAP):
    • Onboard all new mid-level management (team leaders and managers) into the LEAP Program, which follows the 411 way. Provide regular support to the new joiners to get settled into the role.
    • Monitor the performance of current team leaders in implementing the activities included in the LEAP Program.
    • Assess the performance of current leadership at least once per quarter and initiate development plans when necessary.
    • Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the leader’s direct supervisor to develop an action plan for uptraining.
    • Conduct retraining sessions using lectures, audits, visuals, and sharing golden examples.
    • Provide ongoing follow-through and feedback to the leader until the area of improvement is achieved and certified as “Satisfactory.”
  2. LEAP Program Management:
    • Collect, refresh, and further develop materials for the LEAP Program per the business need.
    • Gather golden calls/videos to use as examples in the program.
    • Shadow and observe triad sessions to enhance personal skills and knowledge related to LEAP Program activities.
  3. Leadership Onboarding:
    • Create comprehensive onboarding plans for new leaders and consultants.
    • Coordinate calendars for the onboarding plan in collaboration with other stakeholders.
    • Serve as the point of contact and provide support to new leaders during their onboarding process.
  4. RACI Chart:
    • Create RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) charts for all departments under the Inside Sales Division.
    • Coordinate with leaders in each department to gather input for the RACI charts.
    • Maintain and update the RACI chart as needed.
    • Collect, improve, and create materials related to the RACI Chart.
  1. Provide support in recruitment at agent level as and when required. Calibrate with recruiters and leaders to select the right candidate.

Note: The scope of work may be subject to revision based on the specialist’s initial assessment, feedback from stakeholders and availability.

  • Monday – Friday, 7 am – 4 pm PST

  1. Completion of LEAP onboarding for new leaders
  2. Count of leaders certified on LEAP
  3. Monthly feedback from the leaders
